- Full-time employees accrue annually 20 (or 25 if Director position equivalent or above) PTO days (defined as 8 hours worked) to start based on 40 hours/week worked. Accrual is recognized at each pay date. This may be subject to change on July 1 at the start of our benefits plan year.
- Headquarters and Field Leadership roles are offered 7 Recognized Company paid holidays (defined as 8 hours worked, equivalent to 1 standard workday, for each holiday) in a given calendar year.
- Salaried (exempt) positions are eligible for 6 Company paid holidays (defined as 1 standard workday for each holiday) in a given calendar year.
