"At first I was proud of my outfit because I thought it was super chic," said Juju Chang, ABC News Nightline co-anchor. "Now I'm proud of it because you run a great company."

Gap Inc. is being honored with the 2016 Catalyst Award for leadership on equal pay for equal work, strong representation of women at all levels and its commitment to advancing the lives of one million women through P.A.C.E., Gap Inc.'s education and life skills program.

As a part of the Catalyst Awards Conference on March 16, Juju moderated a panel of Gap Inc. leaders, including Dan Henkle, President, Gap Foundation and SVP Global Sustainability; Bobbi Silten, EVP, Global Talent and Sustainability; Sonia Syngal, EVP, Global Supply Chain and Product Operations; and Keith White, SVP, Loss Prevention and Corporate Administration.

To pick out her super chic outfit for the event, Juju enlisted the help of Banana Republic staff at the 67th and Broadway store in NYC — shooing away her personal stylist in favor of style advice from store staffer Cleo. Together they chose BR's Bi-Stretch Crew Sheath dress in fire coral, paired with a neutral pump and jewelry.
