Developed in partnership with Iron Girl as a complement to the co-branded series of women-only race events, the guide offers detailed workout schedules, nutrition advice, tips on what to wear and pack on race day – and loads of inspiration.
An Athleta employee who’s using the guide to train for a relay says, “Using this guide is like following a recipe – it holds you accountable to the goal, helps with the mental game, and makes the workouts seem attainable but challenging. That’s exactly the aim; in the guide’s own words, prepping for a race is about “helping you harness that amazing power within you” so you arrive at the starting line full of confidence.
